わぐまBABY帶著寶寶出生那天的重量，從「つみきの村」來到你家，陪伴、守護家人的成長。

在一起的日子裡，如果你想：
「它有點累了，想幫它整理一下」
「想讓它輕一點，帶著它輕鬆出門」
「在家裡的任務完成了，想讓它回到村莊」
那就讓わぐま回村莊一趟吧。我們會在村裡把它整理好，再送它踏上新的旅程。

【可以選擇（本頁選一項）】
① 修理：整理毛流、修補脫線，再寄回你家。
② 取出重量：取出裡面的重物，變成輕盈的布偶再寄回。
③ 回到村莊：從家裡「畢業」的わぐま，由村莊接回。我們會請為人偶祈福的日本神社進行焚燒供養（お焚き上げ）。

【費用】
每一項 15,000日圓。①②含寄回你家的EMS運費（亞洲地區）。
寄到日本的運費，請由客人負擔。亞洲以外的地區，請先私訊詢問。

【流程】
1. 在本頁選擇①〜③下單。歡迎在備註欄寫下和わぐま的回憶，或想修理的地方。
2. 下單後，我們會用Email告訴你寄送地址。
3. 請用可追蹤的方式把わぐま寄到日本，箱子裡請放一張寫有下單姓名的紙條。
4. 收到後約1個月內寄回。③會在供養完成後用Email通知你。

【關於出貨通知】
因PayPal付款系統的規定，下單後10天內，你會先收到一封「已出貨」的通知信。這是為了確認付款，實際寄回會在收到わぐま後約1個月，寄出時會再告訴你EMS追蹤號碼。

・僅接受わぐまBABY。
・大面積破損或髒污可能無法修理，屆時會先聯絡你並退款。

Wagma Homecoming (for owners of わぐまBABY)

Your わぐまBABY came from Tsumiki Village carrying your baby's birth weight, to watch over your family. If you would like to:
- have it tidied up and mended,
- make it lighter so it is easy to take out with you,
- or let it return to the village after its time at home,
please send it home to the village for a visit.

Choose one:
(1) Repair: brush the fur, mend loose seams, and send it back to you.
(2) Remove weights: take out the inner weights and send it back as a light plush.
(3) Return to the village: we take it back and ask a Japanese shrine that holds memorial services for dolls to perform an otakiage (ceremonial burning).

Price: 15,000 JPY each. (1) and (2) include EMS return shipping within Asia. Shipping to Japan is paid by the customer. Outside Asia, please message us first.

How it works:
1. Order on this page and choose (1)-(3). You are welcome to write your memories with the bear or what needs mending in the order notes.
2. After your order, we will email you the address.
3. Send the bear to Japan with tracking, with a note of the name on your order inside the box.
4. We send it back within about 1 month after it arrives. For (3), we email you after the service.

About the shipping notice: because of PayPal's rules, you will receive a "shipped" notice within 10 days of your order. This confirms your payment. The actual return shipping is about 1 month after we receive the bear, and we will send you the EMS tracking number then.

Notes: We accept わぐまBABY only. Large tears or stains may not be repairable; in that case we will contact you and refund.
